The confirm dialog asks me the question: Do you want to replace it?
The awnsers yes or no would seem more appropriate to that question than awnsers
Ok or Cancel as the dialog shows me.

This happens not only in the browser, but I've also seen it when saving an
attachment over an existing file. (probably the same code)

1. Just save e.g. a file over an existing file
