Sorry, just tried this, forwarding a message to another of my email accounts. While it *DID* bring up an HTML formatting window, the mail was sent *plaintext* only. So not only does this not work, it fools you into thinking it does.

So I think it will need to be an intentional override button, just to nudge the programme into realizing it *does* have to do something different with this particular message.
