Forward is more or less useless in TB. Until forward is fixed, you can click "reply" and change the "Re:" to "Fw:", and manually edit the recipients list. There are all kinds of problems with "forward", ranging from crummy formatting (read: different from when replying to the same email), to inline images that don't get sent and TB crashing.
