Yes, this is with local folders. I think the purpose of this bug has been
misconstrued. I'm not saying it should be possible to have two folders with the
same name but different case. I'm saying it should be possible to rename a
folder to its own name with different case.

In other words, if I have a folder called "mozilla", I should be able to rename
that folder to "Mozilla". I shouldn't be told there is already a folder with
that name when the only folder with that name is the one I am renaming.
