The language-support-translations-* meta packages have been removed
altogether, since that functionality is now handled by the installer and
language-selector directly (and will be handled by software-center soon,
too hopefully). Language-selector will now install thunderbird locales
for the installed languages only if thunderbird is already installed or
is marked to be installed.
Therefor there is no transitional package.
Solution: just remove the language-support-translations-* packages and
run language-selector again. This should pull all necessary translation
packages again.
