This bug appeared in Linux Mint 15 (Olivia) Xfce version, with Thunar 1.6.2.
This bug looks similar with this (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunar/+bug/127372) but is different by the fact that:
- the file named ".gtkrc-2.0" already existed in ~/
- it contained no line "gtk-menu-popup-delay = " - with any value: that line was absent altogether
- the bug appears with all themes, and none contains the line in their gtk-2.0/gtkrc file
(The file "/usr/share/themes/Default/gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc" from the default theme contains only this line: "# Default keybinding set. Empty because it is implemented inline in the code.") |

The bug consists in the context menu being absent when just right-clicking. It always appears if the right mouse is pressed (held) longer than for a normal click. Sometimes the menu appears after multiple clicks. This affects right-clicking on the desktop, on files and folders, but also in Firefox when right-clicking links, selected text, tabs etc. |
