Comment 4 for bug 215561

Another fix without using the geometry package is to add these two lines to the document preamble:

\setlength{\pdfpagewidth}{\paperwidth}
\setlength{\pdfpageheight}{\paperheight}

It's working with testcase.tex attached above.
