Thank you for your bug report. It appears your file /etc/environment has a syntax error (in line 5):
 /etc/environment: 行 5: 寻找匹配的 `"' 是遇到了未预期的文件结束符
This is something that you have to fix manually. I'm marking the bug as invalid as this is not a bug in texinfo.

Please continue to report any other bug you may find.
