Building testresources 0.1-1.2 in a Hardy pbuilder succeeds, but shows a different setting for PYTHONPATH: PYTHONPATH=/tmp/buildd/testresources-0.1/lib: python ./test_all.py
export PYTHONPATH=/usr/share/launchpad-buildd in the pbuilder results in the same PYTHONPATH setting as shown on the buildd and reproduces the same build failure.
Then unexport PYTHONPATH in debian/rules fixes the problem again.
Unfortunately, a final test on PPA still fails.
