Can you add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.lib.telepathy:
  /usr/bin/gsettings ix,

Then run:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.telepathy

and report back if it fixes the problem?
