Yes, rust can facilitate potential tetanus but *only* if there is a deep puncture wound that would introduce that rust into your bloodstream.

I'm not seeing anything on that sky rail that would puncture your skin. At all.

Then again, I'm not one of those Fox News, 'everything and everyone is out to get me, everything is dangerous' type of people. I think it looks fun.
