The error is:
mysqlshow: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Creating the tcpquota mySQL database... dpkg: error processing tcpquota (--configure):

 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Are you able to connect to your database with the informations you've filled during tcpquota setup ?
