I had the same 2 errors.
I had kept /etc/init.d/mountdevsufs.sh since June, 2008.
'sudo mv /etc/init.d/mountdevsubfs.sh.dpkg-dist /etc/init.d/mountdevsubfs.sh' got rid of the 2 errors.
