This fix works, I would like to nominate this for a release.

Fix:
mv /etc/rc0.d/S31umountnfs.sh /etc/rc0.d/S14umountnfs.sh
mv /etc/rc6.d/S31umountnfs.sh /etc/rc6.d/S14umountnfs.sh
