Thank you for the answer. We are reffering to the local stub resolver( 127.0.0.53 ). As a workaround we have created symbolic link:

sudo ln -sf /run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf

However, with the local stub resolver is still not working.
