yep, the ubuntu bionic kernel will be patched to increase the arm64 log buffer size: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kernel-team/2019-June/101613.html however the kernel release cycle is long, so that won't happen until end of July (earliest): https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kernel-sru-announce/2019-June/000151.html
