Comment 7 for bug 1593379

I installed the -proposed binaries on Sebastien's laptop. Disabling ifnames with /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-setup-link works fine, but disabling it with net.ifnames=0 doesn't. It does in yakkety with the same udev rule, but apparently there's something wrong with IMPORT{cmdline}="net.ifnames" in the xenial version.
