Hi,

I've also this problem. I upgraded yesterday to 13.10 and after suspend the network was gone. Then, I looked for the bug and I found it here. Applying the nmcli command fixes it, however, if I suspend the machine again and resume it, after few seconds it starts again to suspend without me doing anything, leaving the machine in an unusable state.

I think this is a big issue. How can I help?
