You should have a 'Manage Print Jobs' main menu entry somewhere, although it might be hidden by default.
Yes, a 'View Jobs' button (perhaps under 'Tests and Maintenance'?) could be useful although it exposes a graphical interface for masquerading as another user when cancelling jobs.
