Bug Description

I am using system-config-printer instead of "gnome-control-center printers" command because I am affected too by bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/871985

When I try to add some network printer I get traceback in console with NoEntryError or TimeoutError excepctions. This errors are not trait properly in frontend and the user cannot see any info about the error. Just wait and you never get a idea of what is happening wrong.

This is a session example just clicking some buttons or producing some errors:

Hello Angel,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with the system-config-printer package. You made this bug report in 2012 and Ubuntu and the system-config-printer package have been updated since then.

Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug?
If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 1089160
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.
