I pulled the package source from your Bazaar tree at http://bzr.licquia.org/synergy/debian/, and after messing around with it to get everything in order, I was able to get it installed. Problem is, I'm still getting the lag problem on my client. I think I'm running opposite of what most everyone else here is; Hardy is my synergy server and WinXP is my synergy client. Have I done something wrong?
