I installed "Synaptic Package Manager", but I can not start it. (Japanese environment)

---
1. In "Software", search "Synaptic Package Manager" and install it.
2. Click "Show Application" at the bottom of the launcher. Start "Synaptic Package Manager".
3. Enter the password.
When it is normal, "Synaptic Package Manager" starts, but it does not start. Nothing happens.

---
1. I clicked "Show application" at the bottom of the launcher. "Terminal" started up.
2. In "Terminal", I entered "sudo synaptic".
3. I entered my password. The following error occurs and does not start.
