Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Transition package to use default java implementation:
    - d/control: BD on default-jdk only, switch runtime dependency to
      default-jre | java6-runtime.
This was fixed in sweethome3d 3.6+dfsg-1.

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
SH3D had a new upstream release on 2012-09-06, so it'd be great to have the current version in Quantal. Successfully tested to run under 12.04.

sweethome3d (3.6+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (Closes: #687996).
  * B-D on default-jdk, runtime on default-jre (Closes: #684298).

  * Fix binary xz compression.
