A working workaround:

1. Create this directory in your home directory: .mozilla/firefox/plugins/
2. Create a symlink in this directory: ln -s /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.10/jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so libnpjp2.so

My netbank is working now.
