Just coming back to the documentation on the new way of doing installations, especially on s390x with 20.04. It got now reworked and improved and incl. several (also s390x platform specific) step-by-step examples.

The landing page is the official Ubuntu Server Guide for 20.04 LTS (chapter 'Installation'):
