Since this originates from Ubuntu, if Debian updates to 5.11 it would likely just be what we already have, so this is low importance.
Further, if there was a new upstream release it'll likely get uploaded directly into Ubuntu by the upstream devs, so there likely will not be merge work to be done. But leaving as "No merge available" for now.
