Comment 15 for bug 1473691

On a xenial system, when enabling xenial-proposed and running "apt-get install squid", I get the below error. Note that I have 'DAEMON=nope' in /etc/default/squid3 to stop squid3 from starting (because it's only installed for squid-deb-proxy).
