Does the command

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/cups/filter/gstoraster /usr/lib/cups/filter/pstoraster

entered in a terminal window solve your problem (see http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1485349)?

Can you try an Oneiric live CD? Does the problem still persist on that system?
