We need to run the dep8 tests on read H/W (so we can insert/remove the spl module). Since this may mess up the machine, we need breaks-testbed. Also add allow-stderr to capture any stderr messages which are not necessary a reason for test failure.

tests/control should be:

Restrictions: needs-root, allow-stderr, isolation-machine, breaks-testbed, allow-stderr
