Spatialite-gui doesn't run after launched once

Bug Description
So I just run spatialite-gui and then close its window. If I run it again - it doesn't show up no matter how long I wait. It's fixed only by restarting X. Another weird workaround is to run it as a child of strace - then it runs again.
