I've noticed this as well - in fact none of the 'balazar' titles are installable. A not-so-good side effect is that a new user trying out the new software center interface for the first time gets met with error messages if they see these games under the Games section and decide that they want to try them out. Has libode0debian1 been replaced by libode1? I see that this file is in the repositories and provides the ODE libraries. If so the dependencies for python-soya should be changed.
