Opening Preferences in Sound juicer closes the application(8.04 Alpha5)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: sound-juicer

Open Sound Juicer> insert CD> Click Edit> Click Preferences> Application closes. No error message is displayed.

I have been able to Rip into ogg vorbis but would like to change that to MP3. Without being able to get to the Preferences menu that will not be possible.

Using Ubuntu 8.04 Alpha. Fujitsu Laptop.
