Comment 60 for bug 2054395

I noted that only noble has the python3-boto recommends, but since this is a new upstream version being updated in all ubuntu releases, it would make sense that the boto requirement would apply similarly everywhere else. I won't block on accepting it, but if you believe the "Recommends: python3-boto" was missed in mantic and earlier, a new upload on top of this one can still be made, with the change, and the -v<version> option set correctly for the changes file.
