Rationale: needed to upgrade to 10.10 through a GUI
TEST CASE: old behaviour: start kpackagekit, go to Settings, click Edit Software Sources, in the Upgrade tab you can not change release notifications
new behaviour: start kpackagekit, go to Settings, click Edit Software Sources, in the Upgrade tab change release notiyou can not change release upgrade from LTS to normal and check that it applied in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
