Comment 3 for bug 450503

In some cases the newer bug has more information, suggestions, etc marking the older one as a duplicate of the more recent one can be a good solution, and on bugs with more comments and duplicates the heat gets higher and higher, and it has more chance of getting noticed.
The resources are limited and we are trying hard to triage every bug, but that's very hard, so we might miss some bugs, and find only the more recent ones, and later on we find their earlier fellows, but we don't want to lose the triaging work put in the newer bug, so we mark the older one as a duplicate.
