Comment 3 for bug 996136

I confirm this on my Samsung netbook (N310). When USC is opened, the message "receiving recommendations" appears, but when the search is finished, the "recommended for you" frame disappears. The same happens for the categories that have subcategories like "games" or "graphics".
This is a recent problem, just started a few days ago, probably after the last USC upgrade.
Turning recommendations off and back on doesn't help.
