Comment 3 for bug 847063

can anybody help me as my ubuntu is not getting boot up while login as user / password. the error iam getting as"could not update ICE authority file/home/vrunda/.ICEauthority" currently iam using ubuntu 11.10 beta dowloaded just 4 days back.
