0. Purchase something if you haven't already.
1. Reinstall Ubuntu from scratch.
2. Launch Ubuntu Software Center.
3. Choose "File" > "Reinstall Previous Purchases".
4. Sign in.

What happens: The main pane blinks for a moment, and nothing else happens.
What should happen: The "Previous Purchases" screen appears.

This is different from bug 631682, because here I have a previous purchase.

I don't know whether it's relevant, but a few seconds after starting USC from the Terminal, *before* choosing "Reinstall Previous Purchases", this is printed:
