Binary package hint: software-center
Ubuntu Software Center 2.1.18, Ubuntu Maverick
From test case sc-013 <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter#channels>
2a. Expand the “Get Software” item in the navigation pane.
2b. Choose "Edit" > "Software Sources" > "Other" > "Add" > "ppa:gary-lasker/ppa", "Close"
What should happen: "The PPA should appear immediately as a child item of “Get Software”, and should soon be relabelled from its URL to its display name."
What actually happens: Five minutes later, the PPA item still has not appeared. |
