Comment 7 for bug 570291

Hi, this is my first visit on Launchpad & I have this exact issue whenever I attempt to authenticate anything. Either hitting the enter button or clicking on the authenticate button will not work and both the cancel and authenticate buttons remain unresponsive ; The only way to download software is to close the window and doing that gets me through the process. Has there been a fix for the bug?
