Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The problem is most likely due to the fact that 'epiphany' is a game, and 'epiphany-browser' is the web browser. I followed the steps you listed and 'epiphany-browser' is the only "Epiphany" that shows up under "Internet." Can you please run the Update Manager to make sure you are running the latest version of the Software Center (should be 1.0.3), then let us know if you are still experiencing this problem?
