@Owais, this used to affect flatpak but they recently solved it. I brought this up to Zygmunt and we discussed it. The current thinking is listed here: https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/use-the-system-gtk-theme/496/8.

I suggest tracking/participating in that forum post.
