hi jamie,

running your command outputs the following:

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Connect htop:system-observe to ubuntu-core:system-observe (cannot connect plug "system-observe" from snap "htop", no such plug)

output from syslog shows multiple collitions with apparmor:
