Sivp does not work with Quantal Quetzcoalt. When I try to load this package with scilab, I get the following message:

 Start SIVP - Scilab Image and Video Processing Toolbox
 Load macros
 Load dependencies
ATTENTION : Can not load dependencies (opencv 2.3.1 or more required).
