cd /usr/share/
sudo mkdir ./firefox
cd firefox/
sudo mkdir ./icons
cd icons/
sudo wget http://jerryreghunadh.files.wordpress.com/2006/10/mozicon128.png?w=100&h=100
sudo mv ./mozicon128.png\?w\=100 ./mozicon128.png

And it's fine
