I think that this is not a duplicated bug, just because a newer version solve a reported problem (bug 1532364) doesn't means that we should update the version.

Just apply the specific changes. Also, as we are close to the freeze state, new versions are hard to be uploaded, but fixes are easier to promote.

I'll be happy to have a new version of Shutter, but I think that this may take some time and we are close to release date.
