Tested the package without seeing regressions via my own build at ppa:timo-jyrinki/ppa (https://launchpad.net/~timo-jyrinki/+archive/ppa/+files/shimmer-themes_1.7.1-0ubuntu1.dsc) - the only change being changing from UNRELEASED to trusty.

I've checked with upstream https://github.com/shimmerproject git branches that each orig tarball matches (diff -urN) the upstream. So this would be fine to upload, and I'm trying to find a sponsor.
