Comment 8 for bug 1821630

I extracted all the /var/log/apt/history.log.*.gz,
and grep'ed through them, these are the only occurences it found:

vaidas@SATELLITE-L855:/var/log/apt$ grep -H shim ./*

It looks like shim was installed and no records of its uninstallation were found
