OK, this is the EFI partition:

/dev/sdb3 2048 413695 411648 201M EFI System

You will want to grab the UUID of this current EFI partition (the output of 'sudo blkid -ovalue -sUUID /dev/sdb3') and substitute this value into the line in /etc/fstab.
