Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins

After upgrade from Natty to Oneiric, Synaptic displays seahorse-plugins as not installed residual config. Attempt to reinstall the package would remove a bunch of other essential packages. (screenshot).
seahorse-plugins allows gedit to en-decrypt textfiles, otherwise user needs to work in a terminal, which wouldn't be user-friendly.
